Brandy is set to make one of the biggest comebacks since Mariah's Emancipation. Production is tightly under wraps and her label deal is secret. We know nothing more than, we could hear a new single any week now. She's been in the studio w/ Frank Ocean, Will. I. Am, Missy, and Bagladesh just to name a few. She just finished filming for her new role on the show "Drop Dead Diva" (Sept 4th is the new episode) as well as a photo shoot w/ Derek Blanks for her press release. The Grey Area!
Lauren Gin is my wife in an alternate world. I've been concepualizing her for more than 3 years. This year I decided to give her physical life. One mili second after Lauren's first shoot, Lady Gaga started sporting a grey mane in front of everyone and their grandmother. It's been hard to watch but ispiring at the same time.
The NFL Dolphins
As everyone knows the Dolphins are my favorite football team. I like the Dolphins for two reasons only "their colors" and "they're the underdogs in the nfl". These motherfuckers haven't won a superbowl since 1973 (I got the vintage snap back hat). However, I wait for the day that they do so I can fly to Miami deck out in aqua & coral. They hands down would have the flyest SuperBowl!

Sometimes I sit back and think "Where have all the Art gone" but then I'm reminded that everything is art and every art had it's time. All art based business (fashion, music, photography & graphic design) is now about fast kitsch marketing. We seem to have lost the "Classic Moment"! The images, clothes, and music that are so iconic that they become a bookmark in time. They don't make photographers like Avedon nor designers like Gianni Versace anymore. However, I long for the day that I flip through a magazine and have a team of artist give me that feeling that I got when I first experienced their collaborations.
Kendrick Lamar
New kid on the block Kendrick Lamar has been getting alot of word of mouth exposure! Within five days I had more than 10 people tell me I should check out his new album "Section 80"! I now see what all the fuss is about. He is wise beyond his years and has found a way to distance himself from the jerking hipsters of the west coast (good thinking)! His music is full of substance and the production is fresh. The Seagrams administration approves.

Ralph Seagrams & Chris Brown
Gianni Versace is one of my biggest muses! To pay homage to him I incorporated gold safety pins into my clothing line "Purple Green" next season. This jacket is the first item I designed for my Fall 2011 collection. What does this have to do with Chris Brown you ask? Well, while performing on the "Today Show" he wore a vest that was ornamented with the same gold safety pins! Guess Gianni inspired Chris too!

Three Untitled Prints
I just finished three new prints! These are a combo of my infamous "Pussy" logo and my "Smiley" character. These were done with spray paint, oil pastels, and marker. These will be framed and I'm going to start three new prints tomorrow!

I saw these kids waiting to catch the light rail in Baltimore and thought to myself "This is how I want to feel for the rest of my life "! I asked them if I could take a picture of their spirit and they agreed. I walked away singing "I got sunshineeeeeeeeeee on a cloudy dayyyyyyyyyyyyyy"! ; )
Lil B is Ralph Seagrams Approved!
Lil B's new mixtape "I'm Gay (I'm Happy)" has been approved by the Seagrams Administration! Haven't stop listening since I downloaded it. Lil B isn't gay but he took a major risk with the albums title "I'm Gay", it's a rebellion against hip hops limited way of thinking. Most importantly the music is reflective of a man that understands the world is bigger than himself and we should not mentally be confined by labels, religion, haters, and our personal ideals. I think young brothers need to stop suffocating themselves by the boxes that the church, black woman, and hip hop has designed for us. Be yourself & Be happy! Thanks Lil B!
